Simply organizing has never been what we do. We learn our client, then devise sustainable, practicable solutions that enable them to live holistically: with greater ease, flow, and room for living life.

About Done Neatly

With more than a decade of providing home organizing services to the New York City tri-state, South Florida, and beyond, Done Neatly creates solutions that work with your way of living, adding ease, flow, and functionality to your home and life. We’re experts at putting maintainable, aesthetically-pleasing systems in place that work for your way of living. From overall home organization to closets, bedrooms, kitchens and pantries, home/work offices, and unpacking organization—even household staff training—we’re gurus at understanding your needs and achieving viable solutions that enable you to do you, without the stress of clutter or inefficiency.

Done Neatly Methodology

Done Neatly’s One-Size-Fits-You methodology begins with learning your current habits and routine, including those you’ve been trying to implement into the life you want to live. We then clarify the purpose of every space/room we will organize to HYH—Healthify Your Habitat.

For example: the more productive we are in our home office, the more successful we can be in our career pursuits, and the more we can enjoy the other pleasures of life. Hence, the focus of the office should be organization, efficiency, abundance, and creativity. Once we know how you do you, including your aspirations and sense of purpose, we can hone in on the purpose of every space, then move on with devising a workable, holistic, and sustainable plan.

Meet The Founder

Founded over a decade ago by Ashley Coleman, a New York native with a degree in Fashion Merchandising and a project manager for The Metropolitan Museum of Art, Done Neatly emerged as a by-product of her skills in styling and planning for others. Eventually, organizing for others became Ashley’s full-time gig, then a fast-growing boutique home organization company servicing the metropolis of New York’s five boroughs.

Done Neatly has seen tremendous growth over the past ten years—servicing more than one thousand clients in the tri-state area alone before expanding to California, Texas, and Florida. Nevertheless, the client-first, One-Size-Fits-You approach is the cornerstone of the Done Neatly’s ethos.
